MOTOR ACCIDENT.
A iuoto£ accident occurred on the cutting on the main road between Mr G, Taylor’s and Mr G. Bonn's this morning. Messrs Pudnam (representative of Dnlgety and Co.) and Bert Gleeson were driving a small car to the Tc Horo sale, and on the cutting they collided with a big Studebakcr, driven l)y Mr T. Quiniivan (horse trainer) and his wife The cars interlocked, and there was a bad smash-up. Mrs Quinlivan bled freely from the nose, but fortunately her injuries were not serious. Mr Bert Gleeson was badly bruised, but the other two escaped practically unhurt. The small car was very badly smashed up, but the Studebaker is not much damaged. The cars are interlocked, and are being shifted with difficulty.
