WEDDING.

McLpUGHLIN—DONOVAN. A very pretty wedding of considerable local interest was celebrated by. the Rev Father Maillard at . St. Patrick's Church, Paraparaumu, on 'Wednesday last, when Miss Nancy, eldest daughter of Mr M. W. Donovan; of tho beach, Paraparaumu, was married to Mr Dan. MeLoughlin, of Hataitai. The church had been prettily decorated by girl friends of the bride, while the interesting ceremony was w itncssed by many interested friends.- [ A reception was afterwards held at i Mr W. Wise's hall, when several merry toasts \socc drunk cn,thusistically. In the evening a dance was held at the Coronation Hall in honour of the event, when there was a large and festive j gathering from all parts of the district, j the bride' being a most popular young lady, held in high esteem throughout j the district. i The young couple will have the best I wishes of a large circle of friends. -
