TUB ENGLISHMEN IN AUSTRALIA. The fifth and final test match between the English and Australian Elevens was commenced in Melbourne on Friday last, in the presence of 29,000 spectators. The Australians were the first to bat, and ran up the respectable total of 414 before the last wicket fell. Darling contributed 74, Gregory 70, G. Giffen 57, Lyons 55, and 11. Trott 42. McKibbin, the new man in the team, made 23. The visitors then went in, and have lost four wickets for 200 runs, of which number Stoddart compiled 68.
