Mr. Neville Chamberlain. said: “We must see that the public morale is sustained ill what is called ‘this strangest of wars.’ People sometimes are apt to get a little restive when, as they put it, nothing happens. “1 am particularly glad that you are inviting representatives of the Dominions and neutral press. It is just as important to tell our neutral friend's what we are thinking of doing as :'t is to inform our own people.”
