Wulawa survey ’ district. 510 acres, was approved undi r sectio'ii 195 of the Land Act, 1924, at a cash price of £IOO. A conversion to a renewable lease was granted to Mr. H. Hermanson in regard to section 3. block XU, Waiawa survey district, area 8-12 acres, and section 4,9 i acres, at a capital value of £260. Ijf A temporary tenancy oi section 8, Block IV. Waioeka South survey district. 1209. was granted to Mrs. F. F. ■Rlead. A temporary tenancy was also granted to the estate of the I at© Mi. J. K. 11. Roberts of lots 1 and 2 section 6, block IX.
