THE WRIGHT TROPHY Races for the Wright A'ac-nting Trophy are now being contested. In this competition, the skippers change beats for each event, and the first to secure three, straight-out wins, secures tlie tr.ophy. To date the results are: —F. Talbot, 2* races; T. N. Hill. 1-; C. Brownie, 1; A. W. McGregor, 1; C. C'ederman, 1. * The next series of races for this tropliw will commence at 1U a.in. on Sunday, 23rd. April, and continue in the afternoon. A New Yacht. Considerable interest is being taken in a new yacht now in the course of construction at the residence of Mr. Bob Carruthers. Mr. Carruthers has designed and is building this yacht himself, and, judging by the progress made so far, a very tine yacht should result.
