DANCE AT WAIOTAHI
The dance organised by the members of the Waiotahi Women’s Institute and held in the Waiotahi Hall last night proved a very happy function. A popular programme ol music was played by the Electro-tone Orchestra and the duties of ALL'. were capably carried out by Mr. Jhirke. Miss B. Barrell and partner and Miss 1). Anderson and partner were the .successful dancers in novelty competitions and Mr. M. Martin-Smith was announced as the winner of a competition. A dainty supper was served by the ladies and welcome refreshments of ices and cold drinks met with a- ready sale. Among those present were: — Airs. C. White. Airs. T. Burke, Airs. R. Du Pontet, Airs.
