SHEEP DOG TRIAL CLUB

THE ANNUAL TRIALS SUCCESSFUL MEETING The Bay cf Plenty Sheep Dog Trial Club finished their , trials ' during, the week-end in beautiful weather. The number of entries in all classes was, a record and this caused the trials to last a day longer than usual.

Many well-known competitors were present from Gisborne, Raukokore, Rotorua., add surrounding districts. M'r F. Reid, Opotiki, gave every satisfaction as judge and commented highly on the genral standard of the work during the trials. Mr G. H. M'orice’s (Gisborne) Spot put up a very line performance in winning both heading events. The following are the results : Zig Zag Huntaway (26 entries). Points: Huntaway 24, Noise 12, Style 9.
