FORMER AUSTRALIAN PREMIER MR JAMES SCULLIN TO RETIRE SYDNEY, Dec. 8. Mr. James Scullin, Federal Labour member for Yarra for 25 years, and a former Prime Minister, will not stand at the next Federal election, because of ill-health.
