PROSPECT FOR AVONDALE Special to the Dally Times AUCKLAND, Dec. 5. There has been rain to-day, and the outlook for the second day of the Avondale Jockey Club’s second spring meeting to-morrow is doubtful. So far it has not been wet enough to affect the .going greatly, but the forecast for to-morrow is showery. The chance of ■ good going, therefore, appears remote. Second division: Prince Chat, Bouquet, Diplomat. 11.35: Three Kings Hurdles.—Kentish, British -Mint, Merriful. 12.20: Rosebank Handicap. First division: Quick March, Distributor, Beb. Second division: Ruling Prince, Gildchase, Norman Knight. 1.10: Foley Memorial Handicap.—Precedency, Lord Barwon, Balmacara. 1.55: Avondale Challenge Stakes.— Majesty, Sleepy Fox, Shirley Fox. 2.40: Sapling Handicap.—First division: High Power, Maricrana, Akbar. >.
