GENERAL WARNING ISSUER P.A. AUCKLAND, Dec. 1. Children must not congregate, and parents must keep them isolated as much as possible. This is the principle advice issued by the Health Depail ment here in continuation of the intensive campaign to combat the spread of paralysis.
