NATIONAL BANK OF AUSTRALASIA P.A WELLINGTON, Nov. 28. A meeting of the board of directors of the National Bank of Australasia, Ltd., at Melbourne on Thursday re-elected Mr H. D. Giddy chairman and Sir. Frank G. Clarke, K.8.E., M.L.C., vice-chairman, and elected Mr F. E. Loxton deputy chairman. This information has been received by cable by the general manager of the National Bank of New Zealand, Ltd.
