Banking Bill Passed by Senate
Rec. 1 a.m. CANBERRA, Nov. 26. The Senate passed the Banking Bill, which will now go to the Governor-General for royal assent. A new clause was agreed to, that the Commonwealth guarantee the payment of all compensation payable by the Commonwealth Bank under the Act.
