MAJORITY INCREASED
SITTING MAYOR OF NAPIER p.A. NAPIER, Nov. 25. The official count in Napier’s “ photofinish” Mayoralty contest increased the majority of the sitting Mayor, Mr T. W. Hercock, to 69 over his opponent, Mr L. Poupard. The election night majority was only 25 in a total vote of nearly 7000.
