EXPLANATION SOUGHT
INTERVIEW WITH MR MOLOTOV WIVES PREVENTED FROM JOINING HUSBANDS Rec. 8 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 23. A deputation of 12 British ex-ser-vicemen, whose Russian wives the Soviet Government will not allow to join their husbands in Britain, handed a letter addressed to Mr Molotov to the Soviet Embassy in London to-day, says Reuter’s. The letter asked Mr Molotov to grant an interview to two of the husbands and explain “as man to man ” why they should .be separated from their wives and children.
