COMMUNITY SING
On Friday the last day sing will be held in the Strand Theatre. A special appeal will be made for a new nurses’ home, Fauaba Hospital, Solomon Islands. Donations may be sent to Mr J. F. Himburg, care Charles Begg and Co. The music which Princess Elizabeth has chosen for her wedding will be sung. A small table centre, woven by Mr W. F. Driver with his feet, will be offered for sale. Mr H. P. Desmoulins will be the leader, with Mr A. H. Pettitt at the piano. Flowers, produce, etc., are acceptable for the stall.
