BLOOD DONORS
Position Much Better
The medical superintendent, Dr Bevan Brown, reported to the meeting of the Waitaki Hospital Board yesterday that the returned servicemen had come forward well in response to the appeal for blood donors. The hospital was grateful to the returned men and other people who had come forward. Many more donors were required, so that a blood bank could be established, but the position was much better and was improving all the time.
