EARLY WITHDRAWAL OF AMERICAN TROOPS
WASHINGTON, Nov. 16. Major-general L. C. Jaynes, Unitea States commander, said the complete evacuation of the Mediterranean theatre of operations would be completed in the next 18 days, a fortnight ahead of the 90 days allowed by the peace treaty with Italy.
