HORSES ELIGIBLE
WEST AUSTRALIAN ENTRANTS DOMINION CHAMPIONSHIPS FA CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 17. “ The question of the eligibility for the inter-Dominion championship of the West Australian horses, Para Derby and Winsome Bobbie, which hps been the subjec' of earlier cable messages from Perth has been settled.” said the handicapper, Mr A. R. Neilson, who has now received the complete performances of the horses. “ These performances establish that both the horses will be eligible for the championships,” said Mr Neilson. “ Para Derby has won 17 races in South Australia and has been placed second nine times and third four times. In addition this horse has won six races in Western Australia. Winsome Bobbie has won 16 races in New South Wales and has been placed second seven times and third five times. The Western Australian performances of this horse include four wins and one third The doubt concerning the eligibility of these horses arose in the first place because I was provided with only the West Australian performances.”
