Club matches played on Saturday resulted:—

Otago Club.—The annual Stroke Handicap competition for the St. Andrew’s Cross, played at Balmacewen on Saturday, was won bv R. S. Mills with a score 0f'91 —24—67 net. The next best scores were:—F. E. Hunt 85—12—73, J. N. Lemon 74—0—74, A. J. Aitken 75—5—74, J. B. Quaile 86—12—74. G. W. Bowron 89—15 74. Chisholm Park. Club.—The finals of the Bezzett Plate, Senior and Junior Roarers’ Mug Competitions were played and results were:—Bezzett Plate: R. King defeated J. A. Campbell 4 and 3. Senior Roarers’ Mug Competition: A. W. Sinclair defeated L. A. Wood 1 up at the twentyfirst. Junior Roarers’ Mug Competition: T. F. Mora defected F. Eskrich 2 and 1. In the Four-ball Bogey Competiton, cards of 5 up were returned by L. A. Wood and A. W. Sinclair, G. White and P. King, L. Gore and R Currie, and on the count back G. White and P. King proved to be the winners. Juvenile Club: E. A. Sinclair was* the winner with a score of 91—21—70, the next best being N. R.. Clark 95-17-78.
