BRITISH CHILDREN. —Eleven children from London and the suburbs arrived in Dunedin yesterday in the care of Miss Kyrsty Page (without hat, near the left of the picture), who was one of the escorts on the ship which brought a large number of British children to New Zealand. The Mayor (Mr A. H. Allen, second from right), and the Town Clerk (Mr R. A. Johnston, left), were at the station to meet the children who, after being entertained at tea, went to their new homes.
