NEW REGULATIONS RESENTED DOBSON COLLIERY CEASES WORK (Per United Press Association) GREYMOUTH. Oct. 7. At a stop-work meeting this morning the Dobson Miners’ Union decided to do no work to-day as a protest against the public safety emergency regulations gazetted last week. It is understood that the motion was carried by a small majority. It is improbable that work at the mine will be resumed to-morrow.
