DUNEDIN COMMUNITY SING
As its part in the Queen Carnival, the Dunedin Community Sing Committee is devoting the proceeds of its sings to the funds of the Army Queen. Donations and
" cheerios ” for Friday’s sing may be sent to Mr J. F. Himburg at Miss Clara Rouse, winner ot the Ladies’ Vocal Scholarship at the Dunedin Competitions, will present several numbers. Mr H P Desmoulins will be the leader, and Mr Alf Pettitl the pianist. A violin, case, and bow, a woman's handbag, and a golf bag of solid leather will be offered for sale. The sing will be held in the Strand Theatre, commencing at noon. Miss Alrlni Grennell will be present.
