EIGHT SENTENCED TO DEATH.

PARIS, July 29. (Received Aug. 1, at 8.55 p.m.) The Laon informers have been sentenced as follows: —To-Que and seven others, to death; others to various terms of imprisonment, including Thomas, to one year. Six were acquitted.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
A court-martial tried 13 men and 10 'women, of whom 20 are IVench, four axe Germans, and one is Belgian. They ■were charged with communicating with the enonjy in the Laon district. Pome of them bstrayed their own relatives, alro hidden wounded soldiers, to the Germans.
