FOREIGN CREDITS NECESSARY. . LONDON, July 27. (Received July 31, at 7.15 p.m.) Messages from Rome state that in addreping the Senate Sign or Nitti said that Italy was unabla to face the coming year without foreign credit amounting to £400,000,000 for the purchase of raw material. Her credit in Britain was about to cease, and the United States obligation would end on August 31. Tin latter had forbidden even private credits until the political situation in Italv was cleared up Signer Nitti urged the" cessation of revolutionary propaganda and disorders in order to enable tho country's credits to be be re-established.—A. and N.Z.
