OPERATIONS IN PROHIBITED AREA ALLEGED. (Per United Peess Association.) AUCKLAND, July 28. The steam trawler Phantom was arrested on Sunday afternoon for alleged trawling inside ' the limits. The fisheries inspector ordered her to return to port, and she was afterwards released conditionally until the case has been heard. The Phantom was previously caught ftawling insido the limit on May 8, and tho master was fined £5 and 28s costs. The vessel's tackle and captured fish were confiscated.
