Professor Lefroy, who investigated the weevil in wheat in Australia in 1918, assured an Australian pressman that, as a result of experiments at the local College of Science, the parasite controlling the blowfly in England had been discovered, and that the control of the Australian blowfly can now be definintely guaranteed. A selected blowfly area could'be' cleared in 18 months, a large area in three years, and the country in five years.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
