EXPENDITURE IN WELLINGTON. bank overdraft wanted. (Per Dkitkti Pbess Assoolmtiost.) WELLINGTON, July 24. Iho Wellington Hospital Board decidea to-day to empower the chairman and secretary to arrange for an overdraft a!t tho bank up to £10,000 to meet expenditure in connection with the epidemic, to pay levies, and enablo tho board to meet liabilities on account of widows' pensions incurred through the epidemic. It was stated that the overclraft should not foe required for more thaa t.ireo or four months.
