Revolting a Proclamation constituting Waitahnha a District of the Gold Field, within tJie Province of' Otogo, and Regulating the Election* of Members of tlte Mining Board of the mid District. c By His Honor John Larkins Cheese Richardson, Superin"tendent of "the Province of ,Otago. Whereas by a. Proclamation .under my hand, dated the twenty-first day of July, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two, -I, John Lakkins Cheese Richardson, Esqmre, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the powers delegated to me as therein • set forth, proclaimed .Waitahuna and the Woolslied Diggings, arid the lands adjacent thereto, to be a District of the Gold Field, within the said Province, for the purpose of forming a Mining" Board with the powers and authority described in "the Gold Fields Act, 1§58.V And whereas it is expedient to revoke thd aforesaid Proclamation. • " ' Now, therefore, I, the said Johw Larkins Cheese Richardson, Superintendent aforesaid, in pursuance and exercise of the powers delegated to me as aforesaid, do hereby revoke the aforesaid Proclamation, - \ Given under mv hand, and issued under the public seal of the Pro(L.S.) vince of Otago, at Dunedinj this twenty-third day of" ■ Septemberj one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two. ,".* ; :' ■■'■ii \ J.
