Otago.':\ ,';-;.;■: '-'- ~ y Whereas iri a Session of the Proi vincial Council, held in„, the twenty- c fifth year of the feign of her MajestyQueen Victoria, an Ordinance was passed intituled the "Ot^o T Loan Ordinance, 1861," and; haying-been presented to the Superintendent for the Governor's assent, the Superintendent reserved the same for the signification of the Governor's pleasure thereon. -.And .whereas his Excellency has been pleased to assent to the same, Kow, therefore, I, John Larkins Cheese Richardson, Superintendent of the said Province, do hereby proclaim that his Excellency Sir George Grey, the Governor of ISew Zealand, assented to the said.
