WE^LINGTQIf, September 21. Another body was taken out of the harbor this morning. Ifc has not yet been identified. This makes four within a fortnight. A rumor has just reached town that a disturbance has broken out among the hard-labor gang of prisoners near Newtown, ancl one -or two were rathef severely handled. Mr. Shaw, R.M., sat on the Bench for the last time to-day. At the close of the the court, Mr. Gordon on b,ehsU of the corflpljinentpd Mr. fejhaw on the planner in which'he had performed his duties during his residence here. Mr. Shaw, in response, eulogised the officers of the court, and spoke highly of the conduct of the police force of Wellington. He also thanked the Bar for the assistance they had rendered him during h;a stay. Mr. Shaw is excepted to. return to New Plymouth to-morrow.
