A PROTEST AGAINST THE RAILWAY TARIFF.

The last resolution was moved by Mr. J. W. Mitchell, seconded by Mr. F. W. Wade, and agreed to, " That copies of the foregoing resolutions be forwarded to the Minister for Public Works." A strong feeling was evinced on the question at the meeting and in town.
