The New Zealand Loan aud Mercantile Agency Company reports, under date London, April 6th :—Wool. —There has been considerable private inquiry, but holders depend upon higher rates. Up to date, 250,000 bales have arrived. Tallow.—Dull of sale. Town melted is cheap. Best mutton is quoted at -353, best beef at 345, per cwt. Wheat.—The market is quiet. The weather is favorable for crops here. Adelaide is worth 58s per 4961b ; New Zealand, 565. Leather. —The market is easier. Best sides, Hid per lb.
