HARBOR BOARD ELECTIONS.
The polling for the election of three members of the Oainaru Harbor Board by the ratepayers is passing off very quietly, and few would imagine that so important an election was proceeding. The poll will not close until six o'clock. The election i.f members of the Board by-the County Council, and Waitaki, Waiaroka, and Kakanui Road Boards took place to-day, with the following results : —• County Council—Mr. T. Y. Duncan. Waitaki Road Board—Mr. D. Borrie. Waiareka Road Board—Mr. E. Menlove. Kakanui Road Board—Mr. 3. C. Gilchrist.
