NORTH OTAGO COURSING CLUB.
The adjourned meeting of the Committee of the above Club took place to-day at the Comity Council Chambers. Present — Messrs. Allen (Chairman), Duncan, M'Lean, Lir.tott, Council, and Ronayne. I The minutes of last meeting were read i and confirmed. I A letter from Mr. Anstead, Secretary of Hie Christchurch Club, was read re dates of meeting, and appointing ono judge and | slipper for the various clubs.—lt was re- ! solved that the Club join the other clubs I and accept the services of Mr. Lloyd, but | that the Committee prefer to retain the ser- ' vices of Mr. Marshall (last year's .'dipper). ! ' Kosolved Tli.it a Derby Stakes f.-r ! puppies lie held, to be the second meeting | of the Club, at L"> each., nominations to be I made on or before the loth December, L 3 j to he sent with nomination, balance (Li) on [ night of general entry. Ifosolved—That the Club offer a reward of LlO to any one obtaining a conviction against any person or persons found in pursuit of hares. The Secretary was instructed to have a circular printed and forwarded to each menir ber re his subscription.
