Arrivals during the last week have been very light, and no difficulty has been experienced in clearing off any parcels placed on the market, Quotations— Ordinary feed, 4s 9d ; good bright feed, 4s lOd to 4s lid ; .stout milling, 5s 4d to 5s sd. Barley.—A small parcel to hand per Arawata waH sold at 6s lOd. The sample was not prime. The market was quite bare of supplies; good bright grain would realise 7s to 7s 3d. . Wheat is improving again, and sales ot Victorian have been carried through at 5s 3d. Should the arrivals by rail decrease, an advance would undoubtedly take place. Bran receded to Is Id, but is now in favor again, and sales are making at Is 2d. Flour.—This market is rather dull. Quotations for approved country brands LlO 12s 6'd to Lit) l. r >s. Arrivals.—Oats—by rail, 2GI bags; by coast, 2502 bags. Barley—by rail, 31 bags .; by coast, 783 bags. Wheat—by rail, 572S bags ;by coast, 1070. Flour—by rail, 3255 bags ; by coast, 750 bags.
