(FEOM Otli OWN CORRESPONDENT.) 4> DUNEDIN. November 15. The Waste Lands Board resolved to offer for sale by auction the site of the Mrtaura paper mill. It stands at an upset price of L 25 per acre, and a valuation for improvements. Four blocks in the Dalhousie Hundred, comprising over 0,000 acres, are to be thrown open for sale as of special .value at upset price of 255. per acre. This land is situated to the north of the mouth of the Tuapeka River, and is rough and scrubby. The Board is determined to enforce the conditions with regard to personal occupation in connection with the deferred payment svstem. The licenses of two seltlers named in the Court. Tuapeka West, are to be revoked, the Board resuming possession of the land.
