TURKEY EGGS
CUT up lib. cold turkey very finely, and add about 4oz. choped ham or tongue. Stew the bones with a little bacon, one onion and some parsley, for one hour, then strain. Fry a small chopped onion m a little butter, add meat, and stir quickly, then allow to get cold. Shape the mixture like eggs, roll m egg and breadcrumbs, and fry a . light brown. .'•" ,
