How judges distinguish some colors at a finish heaven only knows! Often, i it . is stated, they offer up some kind of a prayer that horses carrying similar colors do not participate m a finish. Some day, there will be such a' mess-up over a similarity of silks and satins that a serious blunder . will occur. One could recall 20 horses m Australia racing under the same name as horses m New Zealand. In one instance, tho Dominion can boast of two horses of the same nanio.
