(From Our Own Correspondent.) MASTERTON, November 27. The following donations have been made to the prize fund of the jubilee show of the Wairarapa P. and A. Soeiety ;—Mr R. Cooper, Gladstone, 10guinea cup; Mr W. 13. Allen, £0 trophy for Romney Marsh section ; New Zealand Friesian Association, £25; New’ Zealand Cattle Breeders’ Association, £25; and tho Clydesdale Horse Society* the championship trophy. All the dairy breed associations are assisting, A return match between the Wairarapa and Hawke’s Bay tennis teams will be played at Mnstertun on December ‘4th. Another typhoid fever ease has been admitted to thS Masterton Hospital, making a total of eight. Mr and Mrs Clmytor have been appointed master and matron of the Sedgley Homo at Masterton. In the course of tho next few weeks three subdivisions of land will he made in South Wairarapa, two on the Moron. Plain and one at Te Pare (Ivalmtara).
