CONGRATULATIONS FROM POPE. AUCKLAND, November 23. A message ffom Pope Pius congratulating the Marist Brothers on the attainment, this year, of the jubilee of their institution in New Zealand, was received to-day by the provincial of oraer, Brother Justin, through the Papal secretary of State, Cardinal Gasparri. It reads: “The Holy Father sends his apostolic blessing to the Marist Brothers community and to the pupils and benefactors on the occasion of the jubilee. Cardinal Gasparri.’’
