MESSAGE FROM THE KING Pfr Press Association. AUCKLAND, November 23. The Governor-General Sir Charles Fergusson has received for publication the following massage from His Majesty the King: “I have learnt with much interest that the new cable across the Pacific is open to-day. I welcome this addition to the facilities for rapid communication which are eo essential, not only for the advancement of the material prosperity of my peoples, but also for the promotion of the mutual good understanding between them.”
