Sydney Raymond Braxton, who admitted that he went to a place of resort for the consumption of liquor m a no-lieense area, was coiwietcd on a charge of being '•found” on such premises although he was not actually found there. He appeal'd. and Mr Justice Sim upheld the appeal.
