LABOUR CANDIDATES

TO CONTEST ALL SEATS COUNCIL, HOSPITAL. AND HARBOUR BOARDS The"Labour Representation Committee has decided to contest the Mayoralty. and also all the seats on the Wellington City Council, Hospital Board and Harbour Board. They will submit a full ticket of lo candidates for the City Council. 14 for the Hospital Board, and four for the four Wellington seats on the Harbour Board. Labour Party affiliations have been invited to send in nominations for candidates, and nominations are now reaching the secretary of the committee.

In tho event of there being more than one nomination for the Mnvornlty, there will be u ballot, which is usually made towards the end of January.
