RIFLE SHOOTING
PETONE r. MABTINBOKOUGH. The Petone Rifle Club went to Martin borough and fired a match with the Mar-tinborou-gh Iviflo Club. After a very interesting match Petone won by a margin of seventeen points. Veteran Rifleman A. Ballinger, of the Petone Club, was the highest scorer in the match, notching to out of a .possible 70, and won a special prize donated by Rifleman Murdoch McLeod. of the Martinhorough Club., Tho Petone men had a -very enjoyable’' trip, and speak highly of the good-fellowship and kindness of the members of the Martinborough Club. ■ ■ The foliouing are the' details of the scoring;— ... .
