Sir —I have rend the. manifesto of this ootly without discovering a single reference to land valuation, land taxation and unearned increment of the value ol land K view o 1 your leader ot this morning, will the league please slate its views? , !•!.«, Thero is a real service which the leairuo could do for New Zealand, nanioh ascertain and publish the number ot members ot trade* unions ik Neu is«i--land, the names, addresses, and occupations of the president, vice-president, secretary, and other officials of each union, also the place or country ot birth of these officials, and the ase at which thov arrived in New Zealand if not born here. Similar- particulars of all 'he Labour members of Parliament and a short historical sketch would be enlightening. It is confidently believed that law-abiding New' Zealanders have been enntured for the most .part by strangers to our ways ami upbringing.
