"The Times," in a leader, says: "The redistribution of the Navy for the protection of the Dominions is ot 'immense interest in the Pacific, and will be of early development. Another benefit should be the creation of a regiment of Imperial Guards stationed in Britain and officered and manned by men drawn from Canada, South Africa, Newfoundland; and another manned from Australia and New Zealand, in order to keep alive the Dominions' traditions in the British Army.
