UNTRAINED BOY LABOUR
A CONFERENCE OP EDUCATIONISTS. LONDON, February 18. A conference of educationists is being held at Bristol to consider the problem of untrained boy labour. _ Tho Hon. Thomas Mackenzie, High Commissioner for New Zealand, sent a letter suggesting the establishment of a farm on which lads would bo given a year’s agricultural training. New Zealand would then bo able to absorb the lads in her primary industries.
