GREATER J. D. WILLIAMS
LLOYD COMMITTED FOB TRIAL. SYDNEY, February 18. Frank Lloyd, late manager of the Crystal Palace Theatre, has been committed for trial on a charge of forging an order for the- purchase of 150,000 shares in the Greater J. D. Wilhams Amusement Company. Bail (£1500) was allowed. Accused reserved his defence. Frank Lloyd, who was arrested at Auckland, was charged that on or about October 31et, 1912, at Sydney, he did forge a certain order directing • Earner and Brownhill, and Legoe and Bragg, sharebrokers, at Sydney, to purchase 150,000 shares in the Greater J. D. Williams Amusement Co., Ltd., with intent to defraud.
