CHINESE STOWAWAYS
SEVEN CAPTURED BY POLICE. FREMANTLE, February 18. The police effected a capture of seven Chinese stowaways in the steamer Charon. A police boat was alongside the steamer awaiting developments., when the stowaways lowered themselves into it in tho darkness, mistaking it for their own.
